After you make your donation, you will receive a link to fill out a form with the names and mailing addresses of your desired card recipient(s). We will mail the card(s) for you, to arrive on or before Mother’s Day on May 12th.

Your donation is more than just a card. When you donate here, all revenue will go towards impacting the teen parents and children served by Take Heart. We are currently walking alongside 33 young families this school year alone. Our heart is to see all our families root their hope and identity in Christ and these donations will help us continue that mission.
